Economico e con un buon design. Ulefone è uno dei produttori Cinesi che realizzano smartphones economici in tutti i segmenti di mercato. Il Power 3 è la sua ultima creazione, ed abbiamo testato il dispositivo per vedere cosa ha da offrire oltre la grande batteria.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

L'Ulefone Power 3 è un buon compromesso tra design ed autonomia. Nonostante lo schermo da 6" e la batteria da 6,080 mAh, il case è molto piccolo. L'hardware rispecchia il segmento di fascia media del produttore ed offre prestazioni sufficienti per la maggioranza di applicazioni. Un'altra feature è la possibilità di scegliere tra una seconda SIM o una scheda SD. Tuttavia, se usate la seconda SIM non potete espandere lo spazio di archiviazione.

L'Ulefone Power 3 offre una incredibile autonomia, e ad un costo contenuto. Ma le prestazioni sono mediocri, ma è garantito un update ad Oreo.

A parte il buon rapporto prezzo-performance, abbiamo trovato qualche punto discutibile. Non siamo riusciti a capire come mai il GFX benchmark rileva una ROM installata sull'Ulefone Power 3. La scarsa implementazione del display da 18:9 ad esempio nei giochi, ci ha lasciato qualche dubbio.
