La sezione CPU integra quattro core ARM Cortex-A78 con un massimo di 2,6 GHz e quattro core di potenza Cortex-A55 con un massimo di 2 GHz. Rispetto al vecchio 7300X, i core A78 hanno un clock superiore di 100 MHz. Il SoC è prodotto con il moderno processo a 4 nm. La variante Ultra è la versione speciale per Xiaomi.
