Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Coloro che comprano la settima generazione del tablet Amazon Fire HD 10 riceveranno uno specialista multimedia dell'ecosistema Amazon senza grosse pecche. Questo è esattamente quello che lo rende questo dispositivo una vera alternativa con un prezzo relativamente contenuto.

Di positivo ci sono un buon display, casse decenti, un Wi-Fi veloce ed un chipset scattante che per il resto si trovano solo su dispositivi costosi. D'altro canto, il software datato non riceverà altri aggiornamenti.

L'Amazon Fire HD 10 è una alternativa economica per gli utenti di contenuti multimediali.

Ad essere precisi alcune features come NFC, aptX, GPS, Miracast, ricarica rapida e migliore predisposizione dei sensori, mancano. Inoltre Alexa non gira in modo fluido, sebbene questo problema dovrebbe essere risolto con un prossimo update. Tuttavia, Amazon combina una buona offerta con un prezzo attraente.
