Partenza lenta. Con il 255 G6, HP offre un portatile entry-level molto economico. I tempi di risposta del display mostrano quanto sia veloce lo schermo a cambaire da un colore all'altro. Tempi di risposta lenti poccono creare sovrapposizioni negloi oggetti in movimento. Specialmente i giocatori patiti del 3D dovrebbero usare uno schermo con rempi di risposta bassi.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Il nostro test dimostra che il 255 G6 è un portatile con punti di forza e punti deboli. Il suono buono e le prestazioni di sistema medie sono limitate da un dispositivo di archiviazione lento e dall'assenza di supporto per alcune tipologie di risoluzione. Il 255 G6 non novrebbe essere comprato con la configurazione minima. 

L'HP 255 G6 è un portatile solido per applicazioni semplici. Tuttavia, non dovete aspettarvi una ampia autonomia.

Con il 255 G6, HP offre un portatile semplice e solido. Il dispositivo è adatto ad attività di ufficio e giochi semplici, ma l'autonomia è troppo breve per un dispositivo business mobile. Visto che i giochi semplici possono essere usati, le possibilità di applicazione di questo portatile sono versatili, fino a quando ci si mantiene nei limiti.
