L'Acer Aspire F15 F5-573G-53V è un duraturo portatile multimedia da 15" con capacità gaming e con un rpezzo attraente sotto i 1000 Euro ($1104). La combinazione del processore ULV Skylake e della scheda grafica dedicata Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M è convincente e sufficiente per far girare gli attuali giochi. Se non c'è bisogno di molte prestazioni GPU, l'Intel HD Graphics 520 è avanti e influisce sull'autonomia della batteria. I dispositivi di input sono buoni e adatti all'utilizzo da ufficio.

Con l'Aspire F15, Acer ha prodotto un dispositivo con un interessante rapporto prestazioni prezzo. Tuttavia, le elevate temperature sotto carico possono dissuadere.

Il display ci ha impressionato con la sua elevata copertura del colore. Tuttavia, la qualità non regge il confronto con i pannelli IPS high-end. L'utilizzo dell'hard drive convenzionale riduce leggermente le prestazioni. Un SSD avrebbe reso il sistema nettamente più fluido. Tuttavia, le performance di sistema sono complessivamente buone. Tuttavia, Acer dovrebbe migliorare l'incremento delle temperature, in quanto i componenti non possono raggiungere quasi 100 °C (212 °F). Anche il case mostra un hotspot appena sopra i 65 °C (149 °F), troppo elevato.
