EN→ITWith the Alienware 15, I’m a bit more bearish than I usually am when giving a laptop a first look—and I tend to give an untested laptop the benefit of the doubt. But I have two reasons why. First, I have high expectations not only from an Alienware machine (the company has a hard-won reputation for premium quality, after all), but also from any laptop that costs much more than $1,000, especially a gaming model. I’m just as deeply sensitive to getting the most for your money as I am to the expected life of the product. And the RTX 4050 launched in laptops in early 2023. Oof! Second, I’ve written and edited enough gaming-laptop reviews over the years to have a good idea of how these configurations will perform, particularly with GPUs we’ve tested dozens of times.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop: Scheda grafica mobile di fascia media della famiglia Blackwell basata sul chip GB206 con 3328 shader e 8 GB di memoria grafica GDDR7 (128 bit).
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.

Core 7 240H: CPU mobile basata su Alder Lake con 6 core ad alte prestazioni e 4 core efficienti. I core ad alte prestazioni offrono l'hyper threading per 16 thread in totale. La CPU funziona da 1,8 a 5,2 GHz. Rispetto al vecchio Core i7-13620H, il Core 7 240H offre velocità di clock più elevate (soprattutto Turbo Boost) e supporto per DDR5-5600.
