L'Acer Liquid Zest Plus si presenta come un decente smartphone di fascia media con un prezzo basso.

Coloro che dipendono dall'autonomia della batteria troveranno nell'Acer Liquid Zest Plus una buona alternativa agli smartphones già sul mercato. Tutti gli altri troveranno modelli migliori e di qualità superiore, come lo ZTE Blade V7 o l'Honor 5C, ad un prezzo di circa 200 Euro (~$225).

In particolare, bisogna evidenziare il pannello IPS con contrasto elevato, la buona riproduzione della musica tramite il jack cuffie da 3.5-mm, la funzionalità dual-SIM, e l'ampia autonomia nel test Wi-Fi. Quest'ultima, tuttavia, impatta sulle prestazioni (SoC debole) e su una configurazione tecnica superiore (risoluzione 720p vs. 1080p) - entrambe le features non sono più adeguate ad telefono di 200-Euro (~$225), da5.5". Inoltre, il case in plastica non sembra di alta qualità rispetto a telefoni in metallo o vetro.
