Si dice che sia dotato di un core Cortex-X925 super potente (fino a 3,73 GHz), tre core Cortex-X4 (fino a 3,3 GHz) e quattro core Cortex-A720 efficienti (fino a 2,4 GHz), oltre alla NPU 890 dedicata e all'iGPU Immortalis-G925 MC12. Il vecchio Dimensity 9400 presenta gli stessi componenti chiave, con velocità di clock inferiori come fattore di differenziazione.
