Ultimately, the biggest drawback of the ProArt PX13 is its middling battery stamina, though the suite of built-in power profiles mitigate at least some of the concern for me. For anyone planning on docking the PC or leaving it plugged into AC at least some of the time, the situation is more than tenable. As mentioned earlier on, Asus has refreshed the PX13 for 2026 with a slightly newer AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, while also adding in the ability to move conventional RAM into VRAM. This 2026 model has a new and less power-hungry accelerated processing unit (APU) design that should improve the performance per watt ratio when compared to my review model. With this in mind, if you can find the 2025 PX13 at a discounted price, and you don't mind its somewhat middling battery life, it'll serve you well for the majority of intensive creative endeavors and gaming sessions you might throw its way.

Its AMD Radeon 8060S integrated graphics outpace another version of this 13-inch 2-in-1 laptop I tested previously, which was equipped with a discrete Nvidia RTX 4050 GPU. It’s wild how much better this GoPro Edition laptop is. Not only are all the benchmark scores higher, but I also saw over three times the battery life (up to 13 hours) on this new machine. Unfortunately, the big but here is the $2,999 price. That’s much higher than the standard Asus ProArt PX13, which costs a much lower $1,799. For your $3K, you get some nice bundled extras, including two cases and a smart pen – but they all have their own flaws. The pen, for instance, doesn’t stow anywhere on the laptop and comes with a specialized charger. While the hardware backs it up, it's hard not to compare it to something like the 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro with 2TB of storage and 48GB of RAM, which you can get for $3,000 instead. Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.

AMD Strix / Gorgon Point:
Ryzen AI 9 HX 370: Un potente chip della famiglia Strix Point che dovrebbe debuttare a giugno 2024. Si dice che l'APU sia dotata di 12 core CPU, un adattatore grafico RDNA 3+ da 16 CU e un motore neurale da 45 TOPS.
Ryzen AI 9 365: Un processore relativamente potente della famiglia Strix Point che ha debuttato nel giugno 2024. L'APU Ryzen AI serie 9 è dotata di 10 core CPU, dell'adattatore grafico Radeon 880M da 12 CU RDNA 3+ e del motore neurale XDNA 2 da 50 TOPS. Non c'è ancora il supporto di PCIe 5 e 6 dei core della CPU sono più lenti degli altri 4.
AMD Strix Halo:
Ryzen AI Max+ 395: Un processore super potente della famiglia Strix Halo che ha debuttato nel gennaio 2025. L'APU Ryzen AI Max+ è dotata di 16 core CPU Zen 5, dell'adattatore grafico Radeon 8060S RDNA 3+ da 40 CU e del motore neurale XDNA 2 da 50 TOPS. Non è ancora presente il supporto PCIe 5.
