Elegante corridore di lunga durata. Il 14" di Acer offre un'eccellente durata della batteria, una elegante e sottile case in metallo, un'illuminazione della tastiera e un display IPS opaco. Il nuovo processore quad-core Pentium Silver N5000 ha una potenza di calcolo significativamente maggiore rispetto al suo predecessore, entrando così a far parte della gamma dei precedenti processori Core-i3. Dovete pagare quasi 600 euro (~$707) per l'intero pacchetto.

It sports a tidy, compact design, will last an extended work-day on a single charge, and prices start from a very reasonable £350. Connectivity is strong too, with USB-C and HDMI ports included, as well as a fingerprint reader and Wi-Fi 6 support. While performance is perfectly solid at the entry and mid-point of the pricing range, you might find it a little wanting if you were to splash out an extra £200 on the top model covered here. The competition gets a lot more serious when you cross that £500 threshold. Provided you stick with the mid-spec models, however, the Acer Swift 1 is an excellent portable pick.

EN→ITA tight budget often means you’re restricted to clunky laptops. That’s not the case with the Acer Swift 1 though. It’s sleek, slim and has a decent quality screen, a long-lasting battery and it even has a fingerprint sensor. You do lose out on performance, but that shouldn’t be a huge issue if you just need it for typing, browsing and streaming Netflix.

Acer: Nel 1976, l'azienda è stata fondata a Taiwan con il nome Multitech e nel 1987 è stata ribattezzata Acer o Acer Group. La gamma di prodotti comprende, ad esempio, laptop, tablet, smartphone, desktop, monitor, TV e periferiche per computer. Scheda grafica integrata nei processori della serie Intel Braswell (2016 Celeron). Si basa sull'architettura Broadwell (Intel Gen8) e supporta il DirectX 11.2. In base al processore offre 12 shader cores (EU) e varie velocità clock.
Intel UHD Graphics 600:
Adattatore grafico integrato di fascia bassa con supporto DirectX 12, che si trova in alcuni SoCs ULV della serie Gemini Lake. Rispetto all'HD Graphics 500, il 600 offre prestazioni di visualizzazione migliorate. Rispetto alla più veloce UHD Graphics 605, la 600 offre meno shader a velocità di clock inferiori.
