Intel Core i3-4102E
L'Intel Core i3-4102E è un processore low-power dual-core per sistemi embedded lanciato a metà 2013. Si basa sull'architettura Haswell ed è realizzato in 22nm. Grazie all'Hyper-Threading, i due cores possono gestire fino a quattro threads in parallelo, con un conseguente miglior utilizzo della CPU. Ogni core offre una velocità base di 1.6 GHz e non include il supporto Turbo Boost. Il controller di memoria supporta l'ECC.
Haswell ha sostituito l'architettura Ivy Bridge con miglioramenti delle prestazioni sia della GPU che dalla CPU. Le CPUs sono realizzate in 22nm ed offrono una branch prediction migliore e porte execution aggiuntive, migliorando le prestazioni per clock di quasi il 10%. Inoltre, nuove features come AVX2 ed FMA dovrebbero incrementare le performance con le applicazioni future.
Le prestazioni del Core i3-4102E sono leggermente sotto il modello consumer Core i3-4010U (con clock da 1.7 GHz). Pertanto, la CPU è veloce quanto il precedente modello Ivy Bridge i3-3217U.
La scheda grafica integrata offre 20 Execution Units (EUs), che rappresenta la versione GT2 della GPU Haswell. Tecnicamente, la GPU appare simile alla Intel HD Graphics 4600 di altre CPUs Core i3, ma il clock rate da 400 - 900 MHz è nettamente inferiore.
L'i3-4102E ha un TDP da 25 W inclusi scheda grafica, controller di memoria e VRMs.
