Ora anche in plastica. Lo One M8 era un dispositivo high-end di grande successo dell'HTC. Ora, il dispositivo Android con uno chassis in metallo curvato è disponibile anche con un case in plastica ed una fotocamera high-resolution. Prestazioni migliori e prezzo ridotto - lo One E8 è sicuramente una interessante alternativa se scegliete il suo case in plastica. Eredita molte delle ottime features dello One M8 e del piccolo HTC One Mini 2, che era migliore dello One M8 in alcune aree. La fotocamera dello One E8, ad esempio, ha una risoluzione superiore ed una autonomia migliore. Allo stesso tempo avrete maggiori prestazioni.

Resta l'ottimo software, il design interessante e l'eccellente touchscreen. La qualità del suono delle casse non regge il confronto con quelle dello One M8, ma sono buone per uno smartphone. Non possiamo confermare le voci di un possibile errore nei benchmarks come il 3DMark 2013 questa volta, quindi non ci sono penalizzazioni nel punteggio.

L'HTC One E8 è disponibile per circa 400 Euro (~$500) e riesce a competere con dispositivi high-end. Ci sono alcuni punti deboli come la stabilità del case o le limitate features di comunicazione, ma l'HTC One E8 è davvero raccomandabile per chiunque voglia un ottimo smartphone ad un prezzo contenuto.
