Il prezzo di listino in questa versione 12/512GB è pari a 579 euro, un po' alto, ma i 479 euro di lancio li trovo invece a fuoco per uno smartphone che ho trovato piacevole, sia da usare che da toccare. Forse questa back cover grigia risulta preferibile a quella bianca anche perdendo la peculiarità del cambiare colore con la temperatura perché ne guadagna in touch and feel. Vedremo come va la versione 14 Pro, quella senza "+" ma lui per adesso è promosso, equilibrato, con un bel design e un buon comparto camere.

Cosa dire in conclusione di questo Realme 14 Pro+? Un buono smartphone, un ottimo medio gamma, un fantastico "cameraphone di fascia media". Se siete interessati ad uno smartphone non troppo costo ma con una esperienza di scatto simile a smartphone più costosi, anche due o tre volte tanto, il Realme 14Pro+ potrebbe essere una ottima scelta. Le alternative sono le solite: Honor 200 Pro e Pixel 8a, ad esempio. Il primo ha sempre una fotocamera secondaria zoom di buon livello (ma un po' inferiore) ed il secondo ha un fantastico punta e scatta ma non ha una fotocamera zoom ausiliaria. Nella giornata di domani vedremo il Nothing 3(a) ed il Nothing 3(a) Pro, due smartphone con lo stesso SoC di questo Realme ed (il modello Pro) delle fotocamere molto simili a questo Realme.

Cosa dire in conclusione di questo Realme 14 Pro+? Un buono smartphone, un ottimo medio gamma, un fantastico "cameraphone di fascia media". Se siete interessati ad uno smartphone non troppo costo ma con una esperienza di scatto simile a smartphone più costosi, anche due o tre volte tanto, il Realme 14Pro+ potrebbe essere una ottima scelta. Le alternative sono le solite: Honor 200 Pro e Pixel 8a, ad esempio. Il primo ha sempre una fotocamera secondaria zoom di buon livello (ma un po' inferiore) ed il secondo ha un fantastico punta e scatta ma non ha una fotocamera zoom ausiliaria. Nella giornata di domani vedremo il Nothing 3(a) ed il Nothing 3(a) Pro, due smartphone con lo stesso SoC di questo Realme ed (il modello Pro) delle fotocamere molto simili a questo Realme.

Gli scatti fotografici hanno un'ottima qualità al colpo d'occhio, specialmente se visti da un telefono, ma non un dettaglio eccessivo (soprattutto la grandangolare). Il sensore periscopico torna spesso utile nell'uso quotidiano e restituisce degli ottimi risultati, così come il triplo flash è una caratteristica da non sottovalutare. Quello che vi ho appena raccontato nel precedente capitolo ovviamente ha un costo. Continuando sull'onda di quell'intervista, ad esempio, Chase Xu ci ha confermato di come Realme ha assemblato un team interno per portare avanti lo sviluppo dell'IA, sia proprietaria che di terzi come quella di Google. Questo team lavora quotidianamente per offrire la miglior esperienza, e qui io facevo notare come infatti la stessa IA basata su Gemini 1.5 Pro funzionasse meglio sul Realme che sui Google Pixel o Samsung Galaxy, un paradosso che però è verità. Tutti questi progressi portano con sé un costo, e non troppo contenuto. Insomma dovremmo abituarci a medio gamma che costano 600€ di listino e top di gamma che iniziano dai 1000€ in su, anche con qualche rinuncia.

Realme:
La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).
Qualcomm Adreno 810:
ARM Mali-G615 MP2: Chip grafico di fascia media per smartphone con 2 dei 6 core possibili. Basato sulla quarta generazione dell'architettura Valhall. Offre un'ombreggiatura a tasso variabile.
Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.

Dimensity 7300: Dimensity 7300 è un processore di fascia media con modem 5G integrato. La parte CPU integra quattro core ARM Cortex-A78 con un massimo di 2,5 GHz e quattro core di potenza Cortex-A55 con un massimo di 2 GHz. Il SoC è prodotto con il moderno processo a 4 nm.
Mediatek Dimensity 6000:
Dimensity 6300: La CPU offre un totale di otto core, suddivisi in due cluster. Uno ha due core ARM Cortex-A76 per le prestazioni con un massimo di 2,4 GHz ciascuno, mentre l'altro ha sei core ARM Cortex-A55 per il risparmio energetico con un massimo di 2,0 GHz ciascuno.
