The notebook has a stylish and modern look and the build feels nice to the touch. The lid is built like a tank, it’s very sturdy because of the glass cover of the display. The laptop can be used just like every other ordinary clamshell notebook on the market. Of course, if you want to have some fun or maybe you want to draw something on the screen, you can use the machine in tablet mode while laying in your bed or maybe in tent mode on your desk. The keyboard is comfortable for typing because it has decent key travel and clicky feedback. The backlight is optional so keep an eye on the specs if you want to get one of these machines. The touchpad is surprisingly large for a 14-incher which is great.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" dalla leggenda inglese, novo (latino) per nuovo) è stata fondata nel 1984 come società cinese di commercio di computer. Nel 2004, l'azienda era il più grande produttore di laptop in Cina e, dopo aver acquisito la divisione PC di IBM nel 2005, il quarto più grande al mondo. Oltre a desktop e notebook, l'azienda produce monitor, proiettori, server, ecc. ed è specializzata nello sviluppo, produzione e commercializzazione di elettronica di consumo, personal computer, software, soluzioni aziendali e servizi correlati.
Nel 2016, l'azienda si è classificata al primo posto al mondo nelle vendite di computer. Lo deteneva ancora nel 2023 con una quota di mercato globale di circa il 23%. Importanti linee di prodotti sono Thinkpad, Legion e Ideapad.
Nel 2011 ha acquisito una partecipazione di maggioranza in Medion AG, un produttore europeo di hardware per computer. Nel 2014 è stata acquistata Motorola Mobility, che ha dato a Lenovo una spinta nel mercato degli smartphone.
