L’HUAWEI Mate 80 Pro è uno smartphone Android flagship con processore Kirin 9030, display LTPO OLED da 6,75 pollici a 2832×1280 pixel e triplo sensore fotografico RYYB (50+48+40 MP) con apertura variabile F1.4-F4.0. Integra 16 GB di RAM, 512 GB di storage UFS, batteria da 5750 mAh con ricarica cablata da 100W e wireless da 80W, certificazione IP68/IP69. Il limite principale è uno solo, ma non da poco: non è commercializzato in Italia né in Europa, il software gira su EMUI 15 senza servizi Google, e questo ne rende impossibile l’uso quotidiano per chi è abituato all’ecosistema Google. Hardware da riferimento assoluto, fruibilità occidentale pari a zero.

The phone is a decent full-fledged flagship with a great screen, good camera system, stellar battery life and last but not least - attractive design. Granted, the Kirin 9030 is far from the industry leaders when it comes to synthetic benchmarks, but the phone performs flawlessly in normal day-to-day activities. The phone starts at around $1000 (depending on the country and the conversion rate) but getting it in Europe or North America can be a tall order. Despite the great flagship package, the Mate 80 Pro remains a peculiarity in most regions of the world.

Queste schede grafiche per portatili non sono adatte al gaming. Anche se dovessero funzionare, ci sarebbero diversi errori grafici e un frame rate molto basso. Questi chips non sono affatto per i gamers! Applicazioni internet e da ufficio, invece non sono problematiche per queste GPUs.
