It is compact and portable, and with built in SIM support can be used for your mobile broadband requirements without the inconvenience of a dongle. Even so, the price is tough to swallow and would buy a cheaper notebook plus a spare battery or two from a different company.

Performance is very strong with the new ultra-low voltage Core i7 processor and it doesn't impact running times all that much. For its price though, it would have been nice to see more memory, hard drive space and a sturdier feel.

Un nuovo erede. Fujitsu era ancora uno dei pochi produttori i cui convertibili montavano ancora le vecchie cerniere a rotazione, ed il Lifebook P727 è il primo convertibile Fujitsu con vere cerniere a 360° che dovrebbe attirare qualche cliente Dell, HP, e Lenovo. La nostra recensione chiarisce cosa aspettarsi dal piccolo cavallo di battaglia con il processore Intel Core i5-8250U.

Fujitsu: Fujitsu è un gruppo tecnologico giapponese quotato al Nikkei 225 con origini che risalgono al 1935. I suoi prodotti e servizi si concentrano su tecnologia dell'informazione, telecomunicazioni, semiconduttori, reti, computer e prodotti per le comunicazioni e microelettronica avanzata.
Nel 1999 inizia la collaborazione con Siemens nel settore IT (server, notebook, PC desktop, ecc.) sotto il marchio Fujitsu-Siemens. 10 anni dopo, questa collaborazione finì.
Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 4500MHD: Scheda grafica intregrata basata sul chipset GM45 (Montevina). Più performante rispetto alla vecchia GMA X3100 grazie ha due shader in più ed ad un clock più elevato. Rimane, comunque, non consigliata per i giocatori più incalliti. Il processore video integrato è capace di codificare video HD (AVC/VC-2/MPEG2). Ad esempio permette la riproduzione di video HD compatibile con i requisiti del logo Blu-Ray, con il supporto nativo per unità Blu-Ray.
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) HD Graphics:
Intel HD Graphics 3000: 3 imminenti (Q1 2011) schede grafiche integrate nel processore Intel Sandy Bridge (Core ix-2xxx). La 3000 / 200 è la versione più veloce internamente chiamata GT2 con 12 Execution Units (EUs).
Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.
Intel HD Graphics 620:
GPU integrata (GT2, 24 EUs) che si trova su alcuni modelli di CPU Kaby-Lake-Refresh (15 W ULV series). Tecnicamente identica alla precedente GPU Kaby-Lake chiamata HD Graphics 620.

Intel Core 2 Duo: Questo è il successore del Core Duo e del Core Solo con una pipeline più lunga ed il 5-20% di velocità in più senza avere maggiore consumo di energia. Come aggiunta al design del Core Duo esiste un quarto decoder, una unità amplificata SSE ed una unità logica aritmetica (ALU) addizionale. Il Core 2 Duo per portatili è identico al processore per desktop Core 2 Duo ma il processore per portatili lavora con un voltaggio inferiore (0.95 a 1188 Volt) ed un Frontside bus clock inferiore (1066 vs 667 MHz). Le prestazioni di portatili con clock equivalenti sono inferiori del 20-25% rispetto ai PCs Desktop a causa del Frontside bus clock inferiore e agli hard disks più lenti.
SU9600: Processore a risparmio energetico e basso voltaggio basato sul core Penryn 3M che sfrutta tutte le funzioni Penryn come la virtualizzazione e la Trusted Execution.
Intel Core i7:
640UM: Il Core i7-640UM è un processore energeticamente efficiente a voltaggio ultra low per portatili. Utilizzando il Turbo Boost può arrivare fino a 2.26 GHz. Grazie all'Hyperthreading, 4 threads possono essere processati contemporaneamente. Nel pacchetto sono inclusi una scheda grafica integrata (Intel HD Graphics da 166-500 MHz) ed un controller di memoria DDR3-800.
Intel Core i3:
2310M: Processore dual-core basato sull'architettura Sandy Bridge con una scheda grafica integrata ed un controller di memoria dual-channel DDR3. La CPU ha un clock da 2.1 GHz e sfrutta il Turbo Boost 2.0 solo per la scheda grafica (650/1100MHz).
Intel Kaby Lake:
i7-7600U:
SoC Kaby-Lake based con due CPU cores con clock da 2.8 a 3.9 GHz, HyperThreading e realizzato con un processo 14nm migliorato. Integra una HD Graphics 620 con clock da 300 - 1150 MHz ed è realizzato con un processo 14nm migliorato.
Intel Kaby Lake Refresh:
i7-8650U:
Processore quad-core a basso consumo basato su Kaby-Lake-Refresh. I quattro core hanno un clock compreso tra 1,9 e 4,2 GHz (Turbo Boost) e supportano HyperThreading. La GPU integrata ha un clock compreso tra 300 e 1.150 MHz. Il SoC è prodotto in un processo 14nm+ FinFET.
i5-8250U:
Processore quad-core a bassa potenza basato sul Kaby-Lake-Refresh. I quattro core hanno un clock tra 1,6 e 3,4 GHz (Turbo Boost) e supportano l'HyperThreading. La GPU integrata ha un clock compreso tra 300 e 1.100 MHz. Il SoC è prodotto con un processo FinFET da 14 nm+.
