Ulefone asserts that its latest IP68/69K/MIL-STD-810G-rated mobile device, the Power Armor 16 Pro, is now the "world's loudest rugged phone". It has launched with a disproportionately large speaker that shoulders the conventional camera hump aside in an effort to live up to this "122 decibel" spec. The 16 Pro debuts with its OEM's inaugural TWS earbuds as a free gift.

Move over, AGM H5 and H5 Pro, the Ulefone Power Armor 16 Pro has just launched to take your world's-loudest-smartphone crown. The OEM asserts that its Xiaomi 12S Ultra-esque rear-mounted speaker can out-blast its competitors at up to 122dB, in line with its earlier full-specs teaser.

The Power Armor 16 Pro has debuted alongside considerably less-hyped first-gen TWS earbuds. They are definitely not the ones that fit into the Armor 15, as they have a distinctly AirPod-clone look to them. Ulefone has equipped them with Bluetooth 5.1, touch controls and (in stark contrast to the claims made for the 16 Pro) an IPX4 ingress-protection rating.

They rated for up to 20 hours of playtime in conjunction with their fairly generic-looking, albeit Ulefone-branded, case. Ulefone has yet to release pricing for the accessories; therefore, they can only be acquired as a limited-time free gift with every purchase of the Power Armor 16 Pro for now.

The Android 12-powered smartphone is currently priced at US$219.99 (as opposed to its apparent RRP of US$269.99) with a case and the Buds thrown in on the Ulefone website.
