PINE64 SOQuartz rivelato con il supporto per il Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4

PINE64 ha annunciato un nuovo sistema su modulo (SoM), e uno che è compatibile con il Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4). L'azienda afferma che il SOQuartz potrebbe essere usato come una scheda carrier CM4, anche se ha un SoC stesso.

In particolare, PINE64 ha incluso un Rockchip RK3566, che ha quattro core ARM Cortex-A55, una GPU ARM Mali-G52 e una NPU che supporta fino a 0,8 TOPS per l'accelerazione AI. Inoltre, la scheda ha 128 Mbit SPI flash, da 2 GB a 8 GB di RAM LPDDR4 e un modulo eMMC opzionale che va da 16 GB a 128 GB.

Inoltre, il dispositivo ha un modulo Bluetooth/Wi-Fi integrato e supporta HDMI 2.0, USB, Ethernet, PCIe e SATA III, tra le altre connessioni. C'è anche un GPIO a 28 pin e quattro fori di montaggio M2.5.

PINE64 afferma che il SOQuartz supporterà Android e distribuzioni Linux attraverso i suoi computer a scheda singola Quartz64. L'azienda non ha ancora fissato una data per il rilascio del SOQuartz.
