Aggiornamento Core Il notebook Apple da 17 pollici in alluminio è stato aggiornato ed adesso dispone di un Core i5, grafica Intel ed anche una GeForce GT330M con switching automatico. Le prestazioni migliorano sensibilmente grazie a questo aggiornamento, ma si ha qualche problemino con carichi elaborativi pesanti.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M: La Nvidia GeForce GT 330M è il successore della GT 230M e stando alle informazioni trapelate una GT 240M con un clock superiore (ma dovrebbe ancora mantenere la potenza della GT 230M come suggerisce il nome).
La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).

540M: Il Core i5-540M ha solo 3 MB di L3 Cache (rispetto all'I7-640M) ed un clock tra 2.53-3.06 GHz (Turbo Mode). Grazie all'Hyperthreading, possono essere processati 4 threads contemporaneamente. Nel pacchetto è inclusa anche una scheda grafica (GMA HD 3150) ed un controller memoria DDR3.
