Non costa poco e bisogna superare la barriera psicologica che difficilmente fa acquistare un Acer a oltre 1000 euro. Ma se lo comprerete e non avete bisogno di potenza pura e bruta per fare editing 4k o h265 spinti, rimarrete stupiti da come questa "sottiletta" giri bene e quanto sia comodo da portare in giro. Costruito e rifinito ottimamente, non ha dato segni di cedimento nell'uso quotidiano, office, web. In realtà sono anche riuscito a montare un video con anche pezzi di girato in H265 senza troppe difficoltà. Ovvio che il successivo rendering non sia stato velocissimo. ma questa macchina punta ad altro e per portabilità e leggerezza oltre che costruzione, è il miglior windows provato fino ad ora.

Still, the Swift 7 might make sense for you if you want the feeling of sheer freedom you get with a device that weighs so outrageously little, yet has a big screen and the full functionality of Windows 10. It would be great for getting light work done while commuting, flying economy class, or juggling lots of other things in your bags. If that sounds good, we'd say you should consider whether you can adjust to the keyboard layout and live with the constrained CPU. We just wouldn't want anyone to have to use this laptop for all their work, all the time.

Acer Swift 7 è l’incarnazione perfetta del computer in mobilità. Ha un ottimo display, una batteria che vi permette di lavorare tranquillamente e un livello di trasportabilità ai massimi livelli. Le porte sono sicuramente limitate ma l’adattatore in confenzione rende la “pillola” meno amara. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’inclusione di un modem LTE che non è del tutto casuale.

While the Swift 1, 3 and 5 are easy to recommend, the Swift 7 is not. It costs a packet, it's not that powerful, and the build quality is poor for the sake of keeping it ultra-thin and ultra-light. It does have an impressive screen though, which is what we come back for above all else. Overall: it's specialised but not successful for the masses.

E a proposito di prezzi, Acer Swift 7 (2019) non è economico: costa 1999 euro da listino, ma in questo periodo potete acquistarlo a meno di 1500 euro nell'Acer Store ufficiale grazie alla promozione "anniversario". Normalmente il suo street-price si aggira sui 1700 euro, che è in linea con ultrabook della stessa categoria e con le caratteristiche uniche di cui è dotato.

Il prezzo infine è indubbiamente alto, parliamo di 1999 euro, che sono tanti anche considerando le caratteristiche uniche di cui è dotato. Se dovessi scegliere credo opterei per il nuovo Swift 5, che resta comunque molto leggero, mantiene dimensioni contenute e offre prestazioni anche superiori permettendoci però di risparmiare diverse centinaia di euro.

Con lo Swift 7, Acer ha aggiunto alla sua offerta un notebook da 14" ultraleggero e ultrasottile. Il dispositivo è dotato di un display IPS touchscreen, 16 GB di memoria di lavoro (modalità dual-channel) e funzionamento silenzioso. Tutto ciò è accompagnato da una buona durata della batteria e da due slot Thunderbolt-3. Per l'intero pacchetto, bisogna mettere sul tavolo quasi 2000 euro (~$2226; $1700 negli Stati Uniti).

Acer: Nel 1976, l'azienda è stata fondata a Taiwan con il nome Multitech e nel 1987 è stata ribattezzata Acer o Acer Group. La gamma di prodotti comprende, ad esempio, laptop, tablet, smartphone, desktop, monitor, TV e periferiche per computer. Dal 2007, il gruppo si è fuso con Gateway Inc. e Packard Bell, che commercializzano anche le proprie linee di prodotti per laptop.

I computer Acer sono progettati per una varietà di scopi, inclusi ultrabook per uso mobile, laptop da gioco per giocatori, opzioni convenienti per le attività quotidiane e laptop convertibili 2 in 1 per la versatilità.
