Nella versione NX.GN2ET.001 da noi analizzata, caratterizzata dal lettore di impronte digitali integrato nel touchpad, questo notebook ha un listino ufficiale di 1.399€ IVA inclusa ma può venir acquistato a un prezzo retail di circa 1.150€ IVA inclusa nel mercato nazionale: cifra importante, che è però bilanciata dalla costruzione e dalle soluzioni tecniche implementate.

Non costa poco e bisogna superare la barriera psicologica che difficilmente fa acquistare un Acer a oltre 1000 euro. Ma se lo comprerete e non avete bisogno di potenza pura e bruta per fare editing 4k o h265 spinti, rimarrete stupiti da come questa "sottiletta" giri bene e quanto sia comodo da portare in giro. Costruito e rifinito ottimamente, non ha dato segni di cedimento nell'uso quotidiano, office, web. In realtà sono anche riuscito a montare un video con anche pezzi di girato in H265 senza troppe difficoltà. Ovvio che il successivo rendering non sia stato velocissimo. ma questa macchina punta ad altro e per portabilità e leggerezza oltre che costruzione, è il miglior windows provato fino ad ora.

Acer Swift 7 rappresenta l’Ultrabook di nuova generazione. Peso inesistente, form factor che diventa invisibile, le giuste prestazioni per ogni tipo di lavoro. Il prezzo a cui lo si trova è anche interessante: di listino è posizionato intorno ai 1300€, ma ha già subìto un calo fisiologico che lo ha portato poco oltre i 1000€, come è possibile vedere a questa pagina. Con la scheda tecnica che ha è perfettamente allineato alla concorrenza nella stessa categoria di prodotto, che presenta caratteristiche simili in form factor piuttosto vicini a questo – senza però battere i suoi record.

Acer Swift 7 è la bella realizzazione di un'idea tornata moderna. Per quanto estremo nella portabilità resta una portatile classico e comodo, equilibrato nella tastiera, nello schermo, nell'impianto audio e nella componentistica. Si potrebbe migliorare con un telaio più compatto (ci sono 13 pollici più piccoli) e con un sistema di retroilluminazione dei tasti, ma già così è un affinamento degli Ultrabook Windows attuali e passati. Bisognerà riprenderlo per discutere tutti i discorsi hardware.

Es gibt nur sehr wenig Negatives über das Acer Swift 7 zu sagen und dafür sehr viel Positives. Allerdings muss man hier vieles in Relation setzen, was das Acer Swift 7 erreichen will: Ein wirklich herausragendes Design in Verbindung mit hoher Portabilität. Natürlich letzteres in Form von Akkulaufzeit und Kompaktheit. Und beides erreicht das Acer Swift 7 in einem wirklich sehr hohem Masse.
