The Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i (14″, Gen 8) is a nice offer in its class. It has an aluminum build and the device is suitable for almost everyone thanks to the stealthy look and clean design. The performance is good because of the potent cooling solutions with two fans and two heat pipes. Our device has the Core i5-13500H which can be a serious challenge for a lot of thin machines with its 16 threads, 18MB of cache, and a 45W TDP. Despite the laptop’s low weight and 15.99 mm profile, the CPU can sustain a 3.25 GHz P core clock and a 55W power limit under long processor loads which is a serious achievement. The optional 2.8K IPS display (LEN140WQ+ (LEN8AAA)) should be another key selling point. It has a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It boasts 100% sRGB and 85% DCP-P3 coverage.

Scheda grafica per laptop da gioco di fascia media basata sul chip Ampere GA107. Offre 2560 shader ed è proposto in diverse varianti TGP (consumo energetico) da 35 a 80 Watt con diverse velocità di clock e quindi prestazioni. Aggiornamento dell'RTX 3050 con 6 GB, numero di shader più elevato ma larghezza di banda della memoria ridotta di 96 bit.

Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.

i5-13500H: Su una CPU mobile basata su Alder-Lake con 4 core ad alte prestazioni e 8 core efficienti. I core ad alte prestazioni offrono l'hyper threading, che porta a 16 thread che possono essere elaborati. La CPU ha un clock fino a 4,7 GHz e supporta vPro.
