Lenovo itself has a faster, 15-inch version of the C340, as well as clamshell variants such as the S340 14-inch and S340 15-inch.

When played at full volume, the speakers distort audio with crackling mids and highs and a nearly nonexistent bass. Take advantage of the headphone jack and Bluetooth connectivity when you can -- it's the better choice.

If your budget is the $300 and under sort, I would absolutely say yes. In this price range, you’d be hard-pressed to find an overall experience this good. Sure, there are devices that may be a tad better that fall into this price range from time to time, but the C340 is constantly under $300.

EN→IT Archive.org version$300 isn’t bottom-tier by any stretch, but the C340 doesn’t really manage to punch above its weight class in any significant way. You’re not getting ripped off, but you’re not getting a steal of a machine, either. As a productivity machine, I’d lean towards no, but for casual use like watching videos, checking Facebook, and playing around with a few apps, then yeah, I think you can do far worse than what Lenovo is offering.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" dalla leggenda inglese, novo (latino) per nuovo) è stata fondata nel 1984 come società cinese di commercio di computer. Nel 2004, l'azienda era il più grande produttore di laptop in Cina e, dopo aver acquisito la divisione PC di IBM nel 2005, il quarto più grande al mondo. Oltre a desktop e notebook, l'azienda produce monitor, proiettori, server, ecc. ed è specializzata nello sviluppo, produzione e commercializzazione di elettronica di consumo, personal computer, software, soluzioni aziendali e servizi correlati.
Nel 2016, l'azienda si è classificata al primo posto al mondo nelle vendite di computer. Lo deteneva ancora nel 2023 con una quota di mercato globale di circa il 23%. Importanti linee di prodotti sono Thinkpad, Legion e Ideapad.
Nel 2011 ha acquisito una partecipazione di maggioranza in Medion AG, un produttore europeo di hardware per computer. Nel 2014 è stata acquistata Motorola Mobility, che ha dato a Lenovo una spinta nel mercato degli smartphone.
La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).
Intel UHD Graphics 600:
Adattatore grafico integrato di fascia bassa con supporto DirectX 12, che si trova in alcuni SoCs ULV della serie Gemini Lake. Rispetto all'HD Graphics 500, il 600 offre prestazioni di visualizzazione migliorate. Rispetto alla più veloce UHD Graphics 605, la 600 offre meno shader a velocità di clock inferiori.
Intel UHD Graphics 610:
GPU integrata (GT1) con 12 EU che si trovano su alcune CPU Pentium Gold di fascia bassa (ad esempio la serie ULV 15 W basata su Whisky-Lake). Stesse prestazioni delle vecchie HD Graphics 610 e 510.
Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.
Intel UHD Graphics 620:
GPU integrata (GT2, 24 EUs) si trova su alcuni modelli CPU Kaby-Lake-Refresh (15 W ULV series). Tecnicamente è identica alla precedente GPU Kaby-Lake chiamata HD Graphics 620.

SoC dual-core a basso consumo della serie Gemini Lake per notebook economici. Funziona con clock tra 1,1-2,6 GHz e integra un adattatore grafico compatibile con DirectX 12.
Intel Kaby Lake Refresh:
i3-8130U:
SoC dual core basato sull'architettura Kaby-Lake con clock da 2,2 a 3,4 GHz con HyperThreading (4 thread) e una scheda grafica UHD Graphics 620 integrata con clock fino a 1 GHz.
Pentium 4417U: Sull'architettura Kaby-Lake (serie Kaby Lake Refresh in 14nm+) basata su SoC dual core con clock a 2.3 (no Turbo Boost) con HyperThreading (4 Thread) e una scheda grafica integrata UHD Graphics 610 con clock fino a 300 - 900 MHz.
