Honor seems to be going to war with the big boys in terms of design, quality, and pricing — so naturally there are options from both Apple and Samsung at the €599 (roughly $660) price point Honor has picked. Having used both an iPad Air and Honor's MagicPad 2 at home, and messed around with various Samsung Galaxy Tabs at trade shows, I genuinely prefer Honor's effort and could probably argue ways in which it can give an iPad Pro a run for its money. But it is light enough to carry around, slim enough for your average backpack, and strong enough to last well beyond the average workday.

Is it a superior tablet than the iPad Pro? No, but it is a lot cheaper and the hardware is competitive. Is it better value than cheaper Android-based tablets such as the just-launched Xiaomi Pad 8? Not really, but it is a faster perfomer, it’s lighter and thinner, and it has a larger, more luxurious OLED display. In the end, however, it really depends what you want.

Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.

Chip grafico per smartphone e tablet integrato nel SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Qualcomm afferma che è il 25% più veloce dell'Adreno 7340 nello Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 e i primi benchmark mostrano che la GPU può battere l'Apple A17 Pro iGPU.
Qualcomm Adreno 840: Unità grafica integrata nel SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 per smartphone con tre fette a 1,2 GHz ciascuna. Secondo Qualcomm, è più veloce del 23% rispetto alla generazione precedente (Adreno 830).
Qualcomm Adreno 829: Unità grafica integrata nel SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 per smartphone. Integra due cluster e 2 MB di cache e si blocca fino a 1225 MHz.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8:
SD 8s Gen 3: SoC (System on a Chip) di fascia alta per smartphone, presentato nel 2024. Tra le altre cose, integra un veloce Cortex-X4 "Prime Core" con una frequenza fino a 3 GHz e 4 core aggiuntivi veloci Cortex-A720 da 2,8 GHz. Per risparmiare energia, sono stati installati anche 3 core ARM Cortex-A520 aggiuntivi da 2,3 GHz. Sono integrati un modem 5G, WiFi 7 e un motore AI significativamente più veloce.
SD 8 Gen 3: SoC di fascia alta per smartphone che è stato introdotto alla fine del 2022 con un nucleo principale veloce basato su un'architettura ARM Cortex-X3 con clock fino a 3,2 GHz. Altri due core ad alte prestazioni sono basati sull'A715 e supportano solo applicazioni a 64 bit. I due core A710 aggiuntivi supportano anche applicazioni a 32 bit, così come i core Cortex-A510 a risparmio energetico. Oltre ai core del processore, il SoC integra un modem WiFi 7, un DSP Hexagon (per l'accelerazione AI) e un ISP Spectra. Il controller di memoria integrato supporta la memoria veloce LPDDR5x fino a 4.200 MHz. il 5G è incluso nel chip con il modem Snapdragon X70.
