The Studio 1747 is the biggest representative of the Studio range with a 17.3 inch display and having a four core processor from Intel's Core i7 family. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650: La ATI Mobilty Radon HD 4650 della AMD è una scheda grafica DirectX 10.1 di fascia media per portatili. Tecnicamente è una Mobility Radeon HD 4670 con un clock più lento.
Le prestazioni di gioco della GPU sono leggermente al di sotto della HD 4670. La maggior parte dei giochi DirectX 9 (come Call of Duty 4, F.E.A.R., o Unreal Tournament 3) dovrebbero essere giocabili con dettagli medio-alti (in 1024x768). I giochi pesanti in DX10 del 2008 come Crysis funzionano in maniera fluida solo con dettagli medio-bassi.
La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).

720QM: Il Core i7-720QM è il Core i7 Quad più lento del 2009 ed ha un clock tra 1.6 e 2.8 GHz (grazie al Turbo Mode). Di conseguenza, il processore combina i vantaggi delle veloci CPUs single core e delle lente CPUs quad-core. Rispetto alle più veloci CPUs Core i7, la 720QM ha solo 6MB di L3 Cache.
