Affidabile compagno di viaggio! Dell ci presenta un versatile convertibile da 12" con un modesto design senza tempo ma elegante. Dentro troviamo una CPU molto frugale Intel. Se questo consentirà un'ampia autonomia senza intaccare le prestazioni del Dell Latitude 7285, lo vedremo nella recensione.

In particolare i clienti business dovrebbero essere colpiti da caratteristiche come l'LTE integrato. This will definitely cripple the performance of the machine, especially compared to the graphics power of the Tiger Lake CPU’s integrated solutions. In terms of portability, this machine is a champ. It is extremely light – at about 850 grams. Also, it offers optional LTE and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. However, the weird thing about it is its design. The bezels around the display remind us of the tablets back in 2015. Yes, it is a last-gen product, but even in 2020, this type of look already looked dated.

La sua linea di prodotti comprende desktop, notebook, sistemi di archiviazione, monitor, server, stampanti, elettronica di consumo e periferiche. Dell offre laptop adatti a varie applicazioni, come laptop aziendali, laptop da gioco, ultra portatili e workstation. I laptop aziendali Dell delle serie Latitude e Precision sono un'opzione per utenti professionali e aziende.
Nel 2023, Dell deteneva una quota di mercato di circa il 17% delle vendite globali di PC, classificandosi al terzo posto dopo Lenovo e HP.
Per gli appassionati di giochi, il marchio Alienware di Dell è per i notebook da gioco.
La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).
Intel HD Graphics 615:
Scheda grafica integrata alcuni processori della serie Kaby Lake Y (4.5 Watt TDP) con 24 EUs (GT2) e senza memoria grafica dedicata.
Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.

GPU integrata (GT2, 24 EUs) che si trova su alcuni modelli di CPU Kaby-Lake-Refresh (15 W ULV series). Tecnicamente identica alla precedente GPU Kaby-Lake chiamata HD Graphics 620.

i5-8365U: Processore quad-core a bassa potenza basato su Whiskey Lake (tecnicamente identico al Kaby Lake ma prodotto in un processore 14nm++ ulteriormente migliorato) con supporto vPro. I quattro core sono clockati tra 1,6 e 4,1 GHz (Turbo Boost) e supportano HyperThreading.
Intel Core i7:
i7-8665U: Processore quad-core a bassa potenza basato su Whiskey Lake (tecnicamente identico al Kaby Lake ma prodotto in un processore a 14nm++ ulteriormente migliorato). I quattro core sono clockati tra 1,9 e 4,8 GHz (Turbo Boost) e supportano HyperThreading.
Intel Comet Lake:
i7-10610U: Processore quad-core a bassa potenza basato su Comet Lake (tecnicamente identico a Whiskey Lake e ancora prodotto in 14nm++). I core della CPU possono clockare tra 1,8 e 4,9 GHz (non verificati) con HyperThreading (8 thread). Il controller di memoria integrato supporta DDR4-2666 e utilizzando cTDP su/giù le prestazioni possono essere regolate dall'OEM (10 - 25 Watt possibili, 15W di default). Rispetto all'analogo Core i7-10510U, il 10610U supporta vPro.
i5-10210U: Processore quad-core a bassa potenza basato su Comet Lake (tecnicamente identico a Whiskey Lake e ancora prodotto in 14nm++). I core della CPU possono clockare tra 1,6 e 4,2 GHz (tutti e 4 i core a 3,9 GHz max.) con HyperThreading (8 thread). Il controller di memoria integrato supporta DDR4-2666 e utilizzando cTDP su/giù le prestazioni possono essere regolate dall'OEM (10 - 25 Watt possibili, 15W di default). Rispetto al più veloce i5-10510U, la cache di livello 3 è stata ridotta da 8 a 6 MB.
