This is what a peak creativity laptop looks like, and it comes from ASUS. It goes by the name of ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED UX582. The most fascinating thing here is the super cool second screen that can be used to unleash your creativity. But more on that later. We’ve got a configuration with the Core i7-10870H which keeps its frequency at about 50% over the base clock speed while keeping the temperature of the chip around 80°C, even after 15 minutes of 100% load. The external temperature is also kept at comfortable levels – the notebook reached just 37.8°C at its warmest point, after 30 minutes of gameplay.

EN→ITWith that said, unless if you use Thunderbolt peripherals or need a stylus in your workflow, I personally think that the ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE might be the better option at the same price, if you are okay with a 100% sRGB IPS display instead of this awesome 100% DCI-P3 OLED panel. Alternatively, if you don’t need all that horsepower for video editing or rendering tasks, but want a secondary screen for multitasking, you can also opt for the more affordable ASUS ZenBook Duo 14, which offers pretty much the same array of I/O along with a smaller-but-similar dual-display setup. It is also much lighter on your wallet and also on your back.

EN→ITSo with the idea of a “portable desktop” in mind, then my complaints about ergonomics and the I/O ports don’t matter. Get a laptop stand and two Thunderbolt 3 hubs and connect however many USB devices or monitors you want. I mean, that’s technically what I’m doing with my laptop too. At the price of RM12,999, I do think that this is a niche laptop. If you like what you see in this video, then I think this laptop will suit your needs.

EN→ITLike we mentioned in our first hands-on, ASUS has given the ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED UX582 a massive upgrade both inside and out, giving the laptop an edge in both raw computing power as well as thermal management and graphics capability VS the previous generation device. It has enough muscle to do anything you ask from it, and thanks to its display it’s more than capable of working with jobs and projects that require color accuracy. The only issue is that you’ll be paying through the nose for it – ASUS is asking for almost Php 200K for the version we used, which is a hefty chunk of change for the ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED UX582, at least for our review for the Philippines.

EN→ITGenerally, we love dual-screen designs. Whether this is the right way to do it – we don’t know. What we do know, is that we need to see some competition. Yes, ASUS is a pioneer in this sphere, from integrating a display into the touchpad of their laptop, to making a full-blown second display an option. No matter how good or bad the ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED UX582 is, the fact that no other manufacturer makes anything similar, makes it the device to be. And until then, it might just be one of the best laptops creators can buy.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU: Scheda grafica per computer portatili di fascia alta basata sul chip Ampere GA104. Disponibile in diverse versioni con un TDP da 80 a 125 Watt.
Queste schede grafiche sono paragonabili alle entusiasmanti schede grafiche desktop, come la 9800M GT. Le schede hanno un core simile alle relative schede desktop, ma hanno un clock inferiore e spesso hanno processori con meno ombre. I giochi moderni come Age of Conan, Race Driver Grid, Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, o Gothic 3 dovrebbero scorrere in modo fluido con dettagli elevati (Crysis dovrebbe funzionare con dettagli medio alti).
