It seems like NVIDIA’s latest drivers have given the extra edge to their brand new graphics cards, and we saw the GP66 Leopard perform significantly better than its bigger brother – the GP76 Leopard.

The RTX 3070 is the Max-P variant and the RTX 3080 is Max-Q. It sports a new design (we compare old and new in this review) and an updated Steel Series per key RGB backlit keyboard with MS Precision trackpad. The laptop is reasonably portable and slim, though not as skinny and light as the MSI GS66 Stealth. For those who prefer a larger screen, there’s also a 17.3” GP76 Leopard.

EN→IT Archive.org versionSumming up this review, the MSI GP66 Leopard 11UG pretty much nails all the primary aspects of an incredible 1080p gaming laptop. It quite literally has the most powerful mobile RTX 3070 GPU with 140W graphics power. Plus, the 11th gen Intel H-series CPU still slaps in terms of its gaming results. Moreover, I’m quite amazed by the thermal solution on this thing as well since even prolonged gaming sessions aren’t thermally uncomfortable here. Having said that, there’s a definite bit of compromise on the tier-two features like audio, trackpad, and webcam quality on this laptop.

Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU: Scheda grafica per laptop di fascia alta basata sul chip Ampere GA106 con 3072 core. Disponibile in diverse versioni con un TDP da 60 a 115 Watt.

Processore basato sull'architettura di Coffee Lake per computer portatili grandi e pesanti. Integra otto core di processore con clock a 2,2 - 5 GHz (tutti gli 8 core fino a 4,2 GHz) che supportano HyperThreading. Prodotto in un processore migliorato a 14nm (14nm++).
i7-10750H:
Un processore hexa-core ad alte prestazioni progettato per i computer portatili più spessi con spazio per migliori termiche. Il processore Comet Lake-H è prodotto sul processo Intel di terza generazione a 14 nm e dispone della iGPU UHD Graphics 630 con clock da 350 MHz a 1.150 MHz. I core della CPU funzionano a 2.6 GHz (velocità di clock di base) con boosting fino a 5 GHz e la probabile frequenza Boost all-core è di 4.3 GHz. Il supporto Hyper-Threading è abilitato, permettendo a due thread di funzionare simultaneamente su ogni core.
Intel Tiger Lake:
i7-11800H:
SoC octa-core di fascia alta basato su Tiger Lake (serie H45) per computer portatili da gioco e workstation. Gli otto core della CPU funzionano da 2,3 GHz a 4,6 GHz. La GPU UHD Graphics integrata offre 32 UE fino a 1,45 GHz. Il chip è prodotto sul processo Intel SuperFin di seconda generazione a 10 nm.
