Neither of those things matter much, though, especially not at a price as low as you can get the model. All the things that do matter, though, like the quality of the keys and the stability of the hinge are exactly what we'd hope for in a 2-in-1 PC, and for that reason the Miix 310 is a winner.

The so-called “ultrabook” devices – light and thin notebook devices, will always have their place in the marketplace. Lenovo’s MIIX 3 (10.1”) offers the portability that we need, along with relatively high performance for a passive cooling device. The thing that we didn’t enjoy about the hybrid was the locked viewing angle when docked to the keyboard, which can be a problem if you want to use your device while lying in bed. Overall, we are satisfied with the development of convertible devices, and MIIX 3 (10.1”) is a wonderful example of that.

Intel HD Graphics (Bay Trail): GPU Bay Trail SoCs integrata per tablet e notebook. Si basa sulla GPU Ivy Bridge con quattro Execution Units e supporta DirectX 11.
Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.

Intel Atom:
La Intel Atom è una serie a 64-Bit di microprocessori (non tutti i modelli supportano 64bit) per portatili economici e piccoli (chiamati comunemente netbooks), MIDs, o UMPCs (Ultra Mibile Persona Computer). La particolarità della nuova architettura è l'esecuzione "in order" (al posto della consueta e più veloce esecuzione "out of order"). Di conseguenza il transistor count della serie Atom è abbastanza inferiore, e quindi più economico da produrre. Inoltre, il consumo di energia è molto contenuto. Le prestazioni per Megahertz sono ovviamente peggiori rispetto ai vecchi Pentium 3M (1,2 GHz alla pari di 1.6 GHz Atom).
