Not only does it deliver above-average performance, but it also has a stylish design that people would like to see. Aside from that, it has a 144Hz display, excellent audio quality, four exhaust vents, and it has an overall premium build. Its disadvantages, like the short battery life, are quite negligible at this point given that this is a gaming laptop after all.

And as we mentioned last year we were a little dissapointed to see the humble GTX 1050 Ti in a machine like the Legion Y730. It happened like Lenovo have heard us and hastily switched it for the brand new RTX 2060 and RTX 2070 Max-Q. And the result is… this laptop is a beast. Aluminum build, good looks, ferosious internals and great gaming power. When you insert a 144 Hz screen with a 95% coverage of sRGB and designer – level of color accuracy, things go near perfect with the Legion Y740.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Mobile:
Scheda grafica per laptop di fascia medio-alta basata sull'architettura Turing con funzionalit‡ di raytracing e 1.920 shaders. Rispetto all'analoga scheda desktop con nome simile, offre valori di clock ridotti.
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
