However, the smartphone lacks 5G connectivity, which can be a deal breaker for many users. Honor explains that it was an intentional decision to keep the costs down. But the cost of the Honor X7b is not that cheap either. At that cost, there are other smartphones in the market that more or less provide a similar design and specs while also providing 5G. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 is an exceptional example of this. It not only provides 5G but also provides far better specs for around the same price tag or even lower. However, the global availability of Redmi Note 13 can be a bit problematic as the smartphone often goes out of stock, which is not the case with the Honor X7b. However, the final decision is up to you, so it is better to choose a smartphone based on your needs and requirements.

It outperformed its predecessor, the Honor X7a, with improved autonomy and charging performances. The Honor X7b is equipped with a high-capacity battery of 6000 mAh, which lasted almost four days (95 hours) when used moderately. The device was well-optimized for each use case thanks to its very low discharging current. Its impressive endurance in each individually tested case earned the device the top spot in autonomy in our database. For example, in the home/office autonomy test, the Honor X7b’s battery lasted for five days, the longest we have recorded so far. The Honor X7b’s 35W charger is relatively modest for a 6000 mAh battery. It took the device more than 2 hours and 30 minutes to fully replenish the battery, placing it in the bottom half of our database.

For example, the Infinix GT 10 Pro (RM1049) might cost slightly more compared to the HONOR X7b (RM799), but it gives you better performance and overall user experience. Another solid alternative is the iQOO Z7x 5G (RM929). If you are looking for a smartphone with excellent battery life, solid fast charging tech, and decent performance, the X7b model should be on top of your wish list.

Scheda grafica integrata (nello Snapdragon 665) basata sull'architettura Adreno 600. Le prestazioni della GPU sono comprese tra l'Adreno 510 e il 512/612 e quindi nella fascia medio-bassa. Supporta DirectX11_1, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, OpenGL ES 3.2.
Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.
