Per un notebook da 14 pollici, il Gigabyte Aero 14 OLED BMF ha molto da offrire. Il potente schermo è già incluso nel nome. Con un Core i7 e una Nvidia RTX 4050, le prestazioni sono garantite. Ma i componenti interni non sono l'unico punto di forza del 14 pollici, che offre anche una tastiera impressionante con una corsa decente.

The Gigabyte Aero 14 OLED is a VERY well-built laptop, however, I am NOT impressed with the wimpy RTX 4050. If you’re considering this model I would definitely recommend checking out the RTX 4060 version of the Gigabyte Aero 14 OLED.

EN→ITThere’s a lot to like about the Gigabyte Aero 14 OLED. It’s an attractive, lightweight 14-inch laptop that delivers great performance and has a fantastic display that makes day-to-day productivity tasks enjoyable. Compared to its peers, like the Acer Swift X 14 and Asus Zenbook 14X OLED, it tends to outperform in benchmarks and delivers a brilliant balance of quality across its design, keyboard, and touchpad. So far, so good. But the Aero 14 OLED suffers from a few problems. Battery life is awful and severely holds back the laptop’s potential as a travel companion. That’s worsened by the laptop’s unusual USB-C connectivity, which doesn’t support third-party USB-C chargers. Gigabyte’s unpolished software is another blemish that creates an inconsistent and sometimes confusing user experience.

EN→ITThe Gigabyte Aero 14 is a powerful creative workstation with one of the best screens I’ve seen on a laptop, but it has a few serious caveats. It’s competitively priced in the US, but it costs almost the same as the MacBook Pro in Australia, and it's hard to find in the UK. A sub 5-hour battery life makes work on the go a challenge and the speakers aren’t as loud and full as other devices in its class.

With us coming fresh off testing a couple of budget MSI laptops, the Aorus 15 BMF feels like it’s in another league, despite sitting squarely at just under $1,000. This laptop's performance for the price is decent, and it features niceties—like a 1080p webcam, a Thunderbolt 4 port, and upgradable memory—not found on some gaming notebooks twice its price. While the display and the use of chassis space may disappoint, the system holds up in most other regards. Of course, Lenovo pricing fluctuates often (and sometimes drastically), and the key things that the Aorus 15 BMF lacks are exactly what those pricier gaming laptops provide. Still, the Gigabyte Aorus 15 BMF brings budget-tight gamers enough of that premium experience to earn our Editors' Choice award among low-cost gaming laptops.

The 14” Aero is back for 2023 after a several year hiatus, and it sports a striking 3K OLED display. The laptop targets creators who might also be considering a 14” MacBook Pro or a 14” gaming laptop like the Alienware X14 and Asus Zephyrus G14, but it ups the game with professional looks and that OLED screen. It has an Intel 13th gen i7 45 watt processor and NVIDIA RTX 4050 graphics (yes, it can also game). The laptop has an aluminum chassis, weighs just 3.28 lb / 1.49kg, has a laser etched white backlit keyboard, ample ports and a reasonably compact USB-C charger.

Scheda grafica di fascia media per portatili basata sull'architettura Ada Lovelace. Offre 6 GB GDDR6 (96 Bit) ed è configurabile con un TGP di 35 - 115 W (+ Dynamic Boost).
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.

i7-13700H: CPU mobile basata su Alder Lake con 6 core ad alte prestazioni e 8 core efficienti. I core ad alte prestazioni offrono l'hyper threading, che porta a 20 thread che possono essere elaborati. La CPU ha un clock fino a 5 GHz. Rispetto all'i9-13900HK, non è supportato l'overclocking facile, ma è invece supportato il set completo di funzioni di gestione vPro.
