EN→IT Archive.org versionI think the Dell Inspiron Chromebook 14 2-in-1 checks all of the right boxes. Google's Chrome browser is there for most of the work, and there are Android apps for the rest. It's a pretty nice hybrid solution, although as I noted above, it does need some work.
