Its fast 3D performance is notable, too, but unless this is a priority, it's hard to justify the high cost compared to similar but cheaper models that are quicker in Windows and have longer-lasting batteries. If you can find it cheaper, though, it's a good buy.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M: La Nvidia GeForce GT 330M è il successore della GT 230M e stando alle informazioni trapelate una GT 240M con un clock superiore (ma dovrebbe ancora mantenere la potenza della GT 230M come suggerisce il nome).
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.

430M: Il Core i5-430M è una CPU dual core di media classe che sfrutta solo 3 MB di L3 Cache (rispetto alla I7-640M) ed ha un clock tra 2.26-2.53 GHz (Turbo Mode). Inoltre, nella 430M mancano VT-d, trusted Execution e funzioni AES. Grazie all'Hyperthreading, possono essere gestiti 4 threads contemporaneamente. Nel pacchetto sono incluse anche una scheda grafica integrata (Intel HD Graphics da 500-733 MHz) ed un controller memoria DDR3.

15.6": La variante di display da 15 pollici rientra tra lo standard ed è utilizzata da più della metà di tutti i portatili. I display da 15.4 pollici in 16:10 sono lo standard per i portatili.
