Back when an affordable Chromebook meant cheap hardware paired with painfully-slow processors, it was so very difficult to recommend anyone go buy them. Schools did so and I’m certain that older, cheaper Chromebooks have done some damage to the perceptions of what it is like to use a Chromebook at this point in 2020. But as we’re now getting low-cost processors that are capable of real work without falling all over themselves, it feels like the ideal, affordable Chromebook experience is finally coming into focus. We’re not fully there, yet, but we’re coming around.

Intel UHD Graphics 600:
Adattatore grafico integrato di fascia bassa con supporto DirectX 12, che si trova in alcuni SoCs ULV della serie Gemini Lake. Rispetto all'HD Graphics 500, il 600 offre prestazioni di visualizzazione migliorate. Rispetto alla più veloce UHD Graphics 605, la 600 offre meno shader a velocità di clock inferiori.
La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).
