The Nothing Phone 3 release date is set for July 1st, and with a UK price of £800 (allegedly), expect some major specs bumps vs the last one. Rather than rapid flashes, this will actually communicate with words, numbers and pictures, so you know what's going on. The Nothing Phone 3 is also expected to serve up a beefy Snapdragon chipset - either the 8 Elite or 8s Gen 4. Here's hoping things don't get too toasty if they go for the latter.

The Nothing Phone 3 is the first flagship from Carl Pei's innovative crew in two years, but what upgrades can we expect vs the Phone 2? Here's a closer look at those rumours and leaks surrounding the Nothing Phone 3's camera tech, gaming skills, battery tech and beyond. For one, you can expect a proper triple lens setup with a dedicated zoom camera for this generation. Especially as the 3a smartphones boasted a proper zoom, which worked rather well. The Nothing Phone 3 should also offer Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 smarts, like the Poco F7 Pro and OnePlus 13r. Don't expect many other hardware updates, beyond a small battery capacity boost.
