Sensazione mista. Il nuovo Lenovo vuole affermaresi conel settore multimedia con la sua scheda grafica di fascia media, ma pecca in termini di schermo e suono. La tastiera potrebbe deludere gli utenti che vogliono buone qualità da ufficio. Tuttavia, molti altri aspetti, e innanzitutto le performance, sono molto buoni.

The Lenovo Z51-70 tries to balance between a daily driver and a multimedia device, but fails to deliver both in one hit. We are impressed by the build quality and sturdiness of the machine and the input devices are also considerably a big advantage of the device. Designers from Lenovo were also able to keep the weight and height low, which is rather impressive given the price point – 2.3 kg and 24.6 mm thick profile.

The Lenovo Z51 offers a nice mix between utility and entertainment, with fast computing speeds and an excellent sound system. Unfortunately the machine’s multimedia identity is also somewhat marred by the lackluster display. Add to that problem the machine’s poor battery life, which will often leave you tethered to an outlet. Still the Z51 is an enticing package considering everything it offers for the less than $700 price point.

However, the limited colors offered by the 15-inch display undermine its multimedia mission. I also wish you could use this system unplugged for longer. If you're on a tighter budget, the Core i3-powered Dell Inspiron 15 5000 ($449) offers solid performance and longer battery life.

Scheda grafica GCN based di fascia media con supporto DirectX 12 e controller di memoria a 128-bit DDR3.
Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.
