While the Lenovo TAB A8 doesn't offer anything in particular that makes it stand out from the crowd of competing slates, it has a lot of good things going for it, battery life arguably being at the top of them all. The design is solid but light, and the display -- while not the sharpest out there -- is bright and suitable to the needs of casual users.

At $179, the Lenovo A8 stacks up well against other 8-inch Android tablets, as it offers longer battery life and a richer and more accurate (albeit dimmer) screen. With any budget tablet, you have to temper your expectations, as the A8 had trouble on more demanding activities, such as 3D games. But if you're looking for an inexpensive and portable Android tablet, the Lenovo A8 is a solid option.

Lenovo A7000 is a good example of what affordable phablet models should have. Along with the 5.5-inch IPS HD screen, the model pleased us with it’s high graphic and computing performance, thin body (only 8 mm), and wide variety of software features, making this device even more lucrative. Lenovo’s user interface has once again proved that it is one of the richest, when it comes to pre-installed apps, modes, features, settings etc. Having Android 5.0 Lollipop as the OS on the device, we can’t have any remarks in the software department. The battery, with 2900 mAh capacity, also permed really good. The only result that we can consider bad is the one in our 3D gaming test, but aside from it everything else was great. Perhaps the camera is the most disappointing part of the phone. Even though it got somewhat acceptable results in our synthetic tests, we weren’t happy with the sample photos. The display on the other hand, performed very good. It has 97% sRGB color gamut coverage, leading to vivid and colorful images, and also lack of PMW across all brightness levels.

Giudizio del team : questo smartphone non ha davvero nulla da invidiare ad altri smartphone di marche famose ben più costosi però. Certamente non siamo davanti una cima di dispositivo mobile ma nemmeno davanti una fregatura perchè Lenovo ci sta abituando oramai ad una certa affidabilità per quanto riguarda smartphone e tablet. Questo Lenovo A6600 è un dispositivo base, dal prezzo ridottissimo e con una estetica semplice come anche semplici sono le sue features, quindi le sue caratteristiche hardware e software.

Giudizio del team : pensavamo che questo smartphone Lenovo A6600 Plus rispetto al modello minore A6600 avesse realmente qualcosa in più ma ci siamo sbagliati perchè alla fin fine ha un processore poco potente quanto quello del modello minore. Ed il processore conta molto e non va sottovalutato. Peccato perchè era partito con uno schermo discreto, non il massimo ma più che sufficiente a mostrare molto limpidamente i colori e con un buon sistema di multitouch.

Lenovo: Lenovo ("Le" dalla leggenda inglese, novo (latino) per nuovo) è stata fondata nel 1984 come società cinese di commercio di computer. Nel 2004, l'azienda era il più grande produttore di laptop in Cina e, dopo aver acquisito la divisione PC di IBM nel 2005, il quarto più grande al mondo. Oltre a desktop e notebook, l'azienda produce monitor, proiettori, server, ecc. ed è specializzata nello sviluppo, produzione e commercializzazione di elettronica di consumo, personal computer, software, soluzioni aziendali e servizi correlati.

Nel 2016, l'azienda si è classificata al primo posto al mondo nelle vendite di computer. Lo deteneva ancora nel 2023 con una quota di mercato globale di circa il 23%. Importanti linee di prodotti sono Thinkpad, Legion e Ideapad.

Nel 2011 ha acquisito una partecipazione di maggioranza in Medion AG, un produttore europeo di hardware per computer. Nel 2014 è stata acquistata Motorola Mobility, che ha dato a Lenovo una spinta nel mercato degli smartphone.

Queste schede grafiche per portatili non sono adatte al gaming. Anche se dovessero funzionare, ci sarebbero diversi errori grafici e un frame rate molto basso. Questi chips non sono affatto per i gamers! Applicazioni internet e da ufficio, invece non sono problematiche per queste GPUs.
