In power saving mode the Lifebook S761 gave nine hours 20 minutes, and in moderate usage tests the battery topped 6hrs 30 mins. A video-looping test gave six hours good service, but absolute flat-out the notebook gave a mere one hour 10 minutes. In combination with a well-padded carry bag the Fujitsu Lifebook S761 is an excellent business machine with superb battery life.

There's no doubt that the Fujistu LifeBook S761 is a good laptop: it's very well built, has a good set of features and a strong configuration, it's easy to maintain and, most importantly, it's comfortable to use. However, we think it could be a more polished product; a lot of the preinstalled software doesn't look good, and there is also so much you really have to spend a lot of time getting to know it all.

Fujitsu's LifeBook S761 is a top laptop, that's for sure. It's small and light, yet well built and highly specced. We like it a lot but think it could use an SSD drive and a little less (or improved) pre-installed software.

Intel HD Graphics (Sandy Bridge): Scheda grafica integrata nei processori Sandy Bridge Pentium e Celeron. Simile alla desktop HD Graphics 2000 e non connessa con il vecchio processore grafico Arrandale che ha lo stesso nome.

Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.
