While the concerns of temperatures and noise are part and parcel of owning a gaming laptop, it’s easier to negate them for bigger issues such as screen quality. The combination of an Intel i5 8300H and NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB is a popular and quality pairing, one which should see you playing newer games at good settings and most importantly, at the 60 fps limit the 15.6” IPS screen is designed for.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 Max-Q:
Scheda grafica ad efficienza energetica high end per portatili sottili e leggeri basata sullo stesso chip GP106 come la GTX 1060 normale per portatili, ma con velocità clock inferiori. Offre circa il 15% in meno di prestazioni ma i consumi sono molto più bassi.
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
