However, performance isn’t everything, and the Nitro 5 offers neither the best value nor the best features for the money. It’s the cheapest laptop with an RTX 3080, but as we already mentioned there are other gaming laptops that perform as well or slightly better than the Nitro 5 and cost hundreds of dollars less. Some also have other features like fully programmable RGB keyboards, all-metal construction, or a thinner profile. Unless you need a laptop with an RTX 3080 at the cheapest price possible, you have better options than the Acer Nitro 5.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU: Scheda grafica per laptop di fascia alta basata sul chip Ampere GA104. Al momento del lancio, all'inizio del 2021, la 3080 è la scheda grafica per laptop più veloce sul mercato.
Queste schede grafiche sono paragonabili alle entusiasmanti schede grafiche desktop, come la 9800M GT. Le schede hanno un core simile alle relative schede desktop, ma hanno un clock inferiore e spesso hanno processori con meno ombre. I giochi moderni come Age of Conan, Race Driver Grid, Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, o Gothic 3 dovrebbero scorrere in modo fluido con dettagli elevati (Crysis dovrebbe funzionare con dettagli medio alti).
