Though the slow hard drive drags the package down a bit, this system is fast in the demanding workloads that are most likely to strain a laptop’s resources. This computer can handle anything the average consumer will ask of it, and it does so without straining the buyer’s wallet.

So we have to let the Asus U46E-BAL5 retain its edge, despite the P755-S5390’s superior performance on all our productivity tests. Even so, the P755-S5390 stands out from the mainstream crowd and is absolutely worth considering if you have a lot of work to do—and quickly.

Intel HD Graphics 3000: 3 imminenti (Q1 2011) schede grafiche integrate nel processore Intel Sandy Bridge (Core ix-2xxx). La 3000 / 200 è la versione più veloce internamente chiamata GT2 con 12 Execution Units (EUs).

Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.
