Should you buy the VAIO Fit 15? It's tough to say conclusively, since we still don't know what other companies like HP and Toshiba are going to sell this summer. We do know this: the Fit 15 kicks off back-to-school season on a strong note. We applaud Sony for standardizing on certain specs, like backlit keyboards and higher-res screens.

The Sony Vaio Fit E is a solid all-purpose mainstream laptop that’s attractive and not too heavy with a good keyboard and plenty of ports. However, at the $899 asking price for this configuration, we’d like to see better performance. The elements that raised the price of our review unit – full HD, touchscreen, max RAM – aren’t necessary, and it’s worth leaving them off the table to balance price and value.

Intel HD Graphics 4000: Processore grafico high end tra i modelli Ivy Bridge. Offre una differente velocità clock nei diversi modelli di CPU (da ULV a desktop quad core) e di conseguenza con prestazioni variabili.

La maggior parte dei giochi attuali può essere giocata in modo fluido. Ma preparatevi ad una riduzione delle presentazioni grafiche considerando le impostazioni di dettaglio basse e la risoluzione limitata. Tuttavia, queste schede forniscono ancora abbastanza potenza per le applicazioni da ufficio e la proiezioni di video (ma non per i video HD).
