Il prezzo di lancio pari a 299 euro per la versione 8/256GB (che su Amazon partirà però dal 20 marzo) lo trovo a fuoco per uno smartphone dalle prestazioni sicuramente inferiori a quelle del 12 Pro+ ma comunque equilibrato e fluido il giusto. Se dovessi spendere 100 euro in più però andrei sicuramente sul 12 Pro+ e non sulla versione 12/256GB di questo 12 Pro.

Il realme 12 Pro, ci ha sorpreso positivamente soprattutto processore e fluidità, praticamente esente dal lag e impuntamenti di qualsiasi tipo e un display con un refresh rate di 120Hz e il sistema gira sempre fluido e senza problemi di sorta. L’autonomia è ottima, quasi impossibile rimanere a piedi anche con uso intenso, dove in tal caso ci può venire in aiuto la ricarica rapida che, tramite il caricatore da 67 W presente in confezione, permette di avere il 50% della batteria in 19 minuti. Il realme 12 Pro, sarà disponibile in due varianti, da 8GB+256GB (la versione da noi provata) al prezzo promozionale di 299,99€ (invece di 399,99€), e nella versione da 12GB+512GB al prezzo promozionale di 399.99€ (invece di 449,99€).

Quando si prova un dispositivo Realme non si può non rimanere colpiti dal design. L’azienda cinese è giovane e guarda al pubblico young, ma con una maturità invidiabile immette sul mercato prodotti solidi, pronti per il grande pubblico. Realme 12 Pro 5G non delude e gioca ad armi pari con i competitor. Dispone di un ottimo display AMOLED, di una ricarica della batteria da primo della classe, grazie alla SuperVooC da 67W, di un ottimo motore della vibrazione e di un comparto fotografico interessante e migliorabile con ulteriori affinamenti software. Realme 12 Pro 5G risulta, poi, particolarmente appetibile se acquistato nei primi giorni di immissione sul mercato, poiché la scontistica lo porta al di sotto della soglia dei 300 euro. Infatti, Realme 12, in colorazione Submarine Blue o Navigator Beige, in versione 8+256GB sarà disponibile dal 20 al 25 marzo ad un prezzo di 299,99 euro. On the other hand, the display isn’t bright enough for outdoor use, some features in the UI don’t work, and the images are still not as good as they should be with the current specs. That said, at Rs 23,999, the Realme 12 Pro is a good option if you want a mid-range smartphone for daily use. Realme has also bagged recognition for being a reliable smartphone service provider. So you can also expect good after-sales support if you go for this device. As for me, I’ve seen Realme make some bold phones in the past, and the theme seems to slow down with the Realme 12 Pro lineup. It is a great package with decent specs, and should easily last you a couple of years.

I'll have to test the claims to find out if it's true, but everything seemed smooth at first glance. The chipset is paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage. The handset gets dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS connectivity. Realme has packed a 5,000mAh battery on the Realme 12 Pro 5G with 67W fast charging support, the same as last year. I'll test the battery performance in my full review. The phone runs Android 14-based RealmeUI out-of-the-box, and you do get plenty of bloatware.
