The ThinkPad W series has always been one of the top choices for a portable workstation and this year, we see a number of changes incorporated into the design with an upgrade to the latest hardware from Intel. The legendary ThinkPad keyboard has been replaced with the more ‘modern’ chicklet style. We shall see if the changes maintain the status quo for this device.

With its powerful processor and graphics chip, the HD screen, and screen calibration capabilities it is setup to be a superb machine. The Lenovo Thinkpad W530 is a well-built notebook with very good performance, thermal design, and battery life. Very few computers manage all of these together, and the down side of the W530 is price: it is more expensive than other systems with similar performance. Still, I believe the extra price is justified by what the computer delivers: a solid system with no compromises.

NVIDIA Quadro K2000M: La scheda grafica più veloce per workstation da 15-pollici basata sull'architettura Kepler con un core simile a quello della GeForce GT 650M.
Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.
