Sulle app però se sapete a cosa andate incontro è probabile che riusciate comunque a "vivere bene" e in certi casi anche a godere di questa esclusione di Google. Il vero problema è il prezzo. Bisogna davvero volerlo tanto per acquistarne uno.

I have absolutely loved spending time with the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra. There’s no shortage of spectacular camera phones in 2025, but even still, the Pura 80 Ultra manages to impress with its photographic chops. Outside of the cameras, though, it’s a different story. I have managed to use it as my primary handset for the past week, but getting it set up is far from trivial, and once you have, there are still daily annoyances.I really missed being able to use Google Wallet for payments, and I missed Circle to Search, which has become second nature to me after using so many phones that offer the feature. Not being able to select 4K or HDR in the YouTube app was a buzzkill, too.That’s a crying shame, as otherwise, this phone is brilliant. The screen is excellent, when you find an app that can take advantage of it, and the speakers are among the best, too.

Taken as a whole, there are unfortunately too many hardware letdowns here, on top of the already restrictive software. There’s only so much Huawei can do in-house, and without access to current-gen components, the firm has fallen behind on performance and battery life. The Pura 80 Ultra still gets plenty right, like its top-tier water resistance and lightning-fast charging speeds. I’m sure the distinctive design will earn plenty of fans, too. But for Western audiences, who take 5G connectivity as a given and use Google services on the daily, this will always be a seriously niche proposition.

That's a very tough question. The Huawei Pura 80 Ultra is no doubt a very powerful camera phone, but it lags behind in almost every other area. The chipset is built on an old node, the screen is not the brightest out there, and the software support is almost nonexistent.
