Per essere il primo esperimento in campo notebook, secondo me Huawei ha fatto centro. Ha tirato fuori un prodotto competitivo, non perfetto ma assolutamente valido. Su alcune cose ha superato la concorrenza: il raffreddamento passivo è una manna dal cielo, il display è eccellente sotto tanti punti di vista, le dimensioni generali invitano a portarsi sempre dietro il notebook e autonomia e prestazioni, sebbene siano entrambi aspetti da rifinire, risultano essere più che valide per lavorare anche a lungo.

Il suo prezzo non lo rende però di certo alla portata di tutti: si parla di ben € 1399, praticamente lo stesso prezzo di partenza di un MacBook Pro. Ma se non avete piacere di utilizzare un sistema MacOS e volete rimanere in ambiente Windows 10, allora MateBook X è una delle vostre scelte migliori.

Huawei Matebook X è una macchina che merita molto e lascerà di stucco chiunque la guarderà non appena la tirerete fuori dallo zaino. Lasciando a parte il limite della scheda grafica dedicata, quella integrata va più che bene per eseguire operazioni di navigazione, produttività, visualizzazione di video e editing di foto non particolarmente pesanti.

Un PC che mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Non per tutti, costa di listino quasi 1400 euro, ma l'on line ci aiuta. Ma non per tutti anche alla luce delle prestazioni. Ottimizzato per l'uso per il quale è stato pensato, web e office in mobilità, dove da il meglio di se. Non sfigura minimamente nella 24 ore di un manager e si è anche rivelato parecchio affidabile!! In conclusione, questo laptop fanless, e che scalda molto solo quando c’è una temperatura esterna molto alta o molti processi in esecuzione, è un’ottima scelta per chiunque voglia passare ad un laptop ultra sottile ad un prezzo non eccessivo. Il prodotto che questo Matebook X sfida, il MacBook di Apple, è proposto a partire da circa 1500€ con la stessa configurazione e potrebbe davvero interessare un target che non vuole scendere a (molti) compromessi tra la portabilità e la potenza computazionale, e che non è ancora pronto a passare ad un 2 in 1.

Vi consiglio Matebook X se riuscite a trovarlo ad un prezzo più basso del listino. La configurazione con 8 GB di RAM non potrà scendere sotto i 1000 euro ma poco sopra, con uno sforzo, si potrebbe fare. D'altronde la concorrenza sta per uscire con i modelli aggiornati alla Gen8 di Intel e questo potrebbe portare Huawei a rivedere il prezzo suggerito.

Il MateBook X di Huawei è veramente interessante. Le prestazioni dovrebbero soddisfare senza problemi la maggior parte degli utenti, la tastiera è ben riuscita, la maneggevolezza è massima grazie al telaio sottile e al peso ridotto. La tastiera è ben dimensionata e con un po' di abitudine non dà problemi. Lo stesso non si può dire del touchpad, sebbene si sopravviva all'utilizzo quotidiano.
