Potentissimo, il portatile più potente che io abbia mai testato, non sono mai riuscito a metterlo in difficoltà con niente. Molto stabile, niente schermate blu, driver già settati, insomma, una macchina veramente strong. Non costa poco, 1799 euro, ma non costa nemmeno tantissimo per le prestazioni che offre e per il fatto di essere una macchina da gaming compatta. Vi ricordate le macchine da gaming grosse di qualche anno fa? Qua tutto questo non c’è, è un computer che potrebbe essere usato per programmare, renderizzare, usare AutoCAD e molto altro ma non lo so, non riesco a farmi andare giù la mancanza della webcam. Per il resto veramente un gran pc, molto molto potente.

Starting at a price of 80,990 without the AniMe Matrix display, and Rs 98,990 for the entry-level model with it, the Asus Zephyrus G14 doesn't come cheap. However, it offers enough in terms of value and performance to help it stand out from the crowd and in effect justify the price. The laptop offers a unique design that's not quite what you expect from your heavy-duty gaming laptop, but still carries features that would remind you of the same. However, it's premium-end looks, lightweight design and the customisable AniMe Matrix display should definitely fly with casual gamers and content creators.

The ROG Zephyrus G14 is a triumph for both ASUS and AMD, having successfully worked together to put out a gaming notebook that can finally put Intel on notice. As it is, the notebook has plenty to offer, but I will still have to take a retail unit (once I get my hands on it) for a spin before I can draw conclusions on its overall worth. While ASUS has let on that the Zephyrus G14 will be available in Singapore sometime in May, they have yet to talk about the elephant in the room – pricing. AMD has traditionally targeted at price-conscious consumers and I will be surprised if ASUS steers the Zephyrus G14 towards the same price direction as their Intel-based products.

Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
