EN→ITWe are pleasantly surprised by the ASUS TUF Gaming F17 (FX707, 2023). We bought almost a bone-stock configuration with a Core i7-13620H and GeForce RTX 4050. Despite that, the notebook feels super responsive for daily tasks and 1080p gaming. This is possible due to the huge cooling system with five heat pipes and four heat sinks. This results in a ~3.70 GHz P-core and ~ 3.00 GHz E-core clock during long CPU loads which is the highest result we’ve seen from in i7-13620H. The GPU can also maintain ~2600 MHz during gaming which is enough for high FPS on Ultra details in games such as Far Cry 6 or Borderlands 3. The comfort during load is okay. In “Turbo” mode, the noise is normal for a gaming laptop. The “Performance” preset is the biggest surprise here. It offers a high P-core clock of ~3.35GHz and an 85W – 92W GPU TGP combined with much more tamed fan speed.

Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.

i7-13620H: CPU mobile basata su Alder Lake con 6 core ad alte prestazioni e 4 core efficienti. I core ad alte prestazioni offrono l'hyper threading, che porta a 16 thread che possono essere elaborati. La CPU ha un clock da 1,8 a 4,9 GHz e supporta vPro.
