EN→ITI said it once, I’ll say it again, the Alienware x14 is one of the cutest little UFOs I’ve ever seen. But don’t confuse cute with weak, because with an Intel 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake processor and Nvidia’s 3060 GPU, the laptop is anything but. On the contrary, it consistently delivered solid frame rates on our gaming benchmarks and nearly dominated on all of our overall performance tests. Plus, it’s got a comfy keyboard and great sound for such a small system. However, for $2,067, I expect a more vivid display and better battery life. For that and more gaming power overall, you should check out the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 ($2,499). But if you’re looking for a great on-the-go gaming laptop with a comfy keyboard, great sound and a gorgeous design, check out the Alienware x14 R1.

Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
